AmaZulu U17s ready for Engen Champ of Champs

An exciting challenge awaits coach Lindokuhle Mkhize’s young Usuthu as they ready themselves for the Engen Champ of Champs which is going to be held in Soweto’s Nike Centre fields on 10-12 October.
“Preparations are going alright for us at the moment, although the youngsters are juggling training with school exam preparations and studying. It’s a challenge they’re all relishing and can’t wait to experience because they love making the club and their parents proud,” said Mkhize.
AmaZulu have won the KZN region’s Engen Knockout Challenge three times; 2008, 2009 and 2014. They will square up against the five teams who were champions from their respective regions.

AmaZulu v SuperSport United, 14:00
AmaZulu v Port Elizabeth Sundowns FC, 19:00
Day 2 Fixtures: Saturday, 11 October:
AmaZulu v Harmony Sports Academy, 09:00AmaZulu v Africa Sports Development, 12:45
The tournament will be played over a round robin format with day three (Sunday, 12 October) set for the final and other positional standing matches.
